How to check the skills of the stator windings of the alternator?

The inspection method of stator winding of communication generator is as follows:

Stator winding iron check: set the multimeter in the Rxl file, contact the core with one meter bar, and contact the three-phase winding wire head with the other: the resistance value should be infinite; Otherwise, the neutral point should be melted open, retest each phase winding, find a phase of the lap iron, disassembly rewind.

(2) stator winding short-circuit and circuit breaking inspection: contact the two meter bars with each winding thread head respectively: the resistance value measured three times should be the base value; When the resistance value is very small, there is a short circuit in the two phases; If a resistance value is infinite, there is a break in the two phases. Then from the neutral point of the phase retest, you can find out the short circuit, the location of the break, disassembly and replacement.

(3) the voltage card and neutral point of each wire end of stator winding should be well welded, and the neutral insulator should be intact. Otherwise, the insulation sleeve should be rewelded and replaced.
