The planned pressure in the cooling coil is 1.0mpa, the planned temperature is normal temperature, the medium is tap water, the corrosion margin is 0mm, and the welding joint coefficient is 0.85. Full volume of 1.05 m3, cooler for Ⅰ containers category.




(1) 6 sets of 25×2.5mm seamless tube coils shall be filled inside the cooler 800×1200mm barrel body. The cooling water shall enter through the inlet of the upper part of the cooler and discharge from the outlet of the lower part. The lower part of the compressed air self-cooler pipe enters and outputs from the upper part; Cooling water and compressed air are exchanged for heat, and then cooling is achieved. (2) detailed equipment planning is carried out by using the original rear cooler base, and the equipment requirements are satisfied; (3) in equipment planning, the principle is not to destroy the original concrete foundation, and it is best to use steel structure; (4) according to the equipment requirements of compressed air pipeline and cooling water pipeline, select the appropriate seamless pipeline and connection flange; (5) select the appropriate secondary safety valve to meet the safety requirements; (6) overall debugging after the equipment is in place, satisfying the production demand.




According to the practical application of equipment, the problems existing in the planning process are improved, such as: the height of the cooler legs is not reasonable, after the height of the lower equipment, the stability of the cooler is increased; A sewage outlet is arranged at the lower part of the cylinder body to discharge the sewage in time before the compressed air enters the gas storage tank. Safety valve and pressure gauge interface are arranged on the upper part of the cylinder body. Safety valve and pressure gauge are used for monitoring pressure and temperature changes to ensure the safety and reliability of equipment operation.




The speed measurement can directly measure the speed of the motor and ventilator by using the contact type mechanical tachometer. Non-contact infrared photosensor is gradually selected. Wind speed sensor can be used for measurement of wind volume parameters: originally, it is a cup sensor for climate measurement, and the measurement scale is 0.5 ~ 30m/s. In the measurement range, the speed of the wind cup has a good linear correlation with the practical wind speed, so it is completely satisfied with the measurement of wind speed at any measuring point in the wind tunnel. The signal processing of the sensor adopts the photocell or hall element principle. The wind cup outputs a fixed pulse signal for the collection circuit counting and processing every rolling week. The host machine can print the practical wind speed and mean measured by each sensor. In the rectangular wind section, the sensor arrangement is shown.
